Quire collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no server of ours that anything you read is ever sent to.
Nothing. We operate no backend. Your books, your sittings, your ratings and your notes are stored on your iPhone and are never transmitted to us. We cannot read them, and we could not hand them over if we were asked to.
On your device, in the app’s own storage. Quire does not sync your library to CloudKit or to any other service.
The book index — around 300,000 works — ships inside the app and is searched entirely offline. Typing a title sends nothing to anybody.
Quire Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, your payment details or your Apple Account. We only ask iOS a yes/no question: is this device entitled to Pro?
Quire is safe for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Quire will never quietly start collecting data in a future update.
