Settings → Your data → Export backup (JSON) for a file you can restore from, or Export spreadsheet (CSV) to open in Numbers or Excel. Both are free and always will be.
If automatic backup was on, install Hued, sign in to the same iCloud account, and your backup will be there. Otherwise, use Restore from backup in Settings with a JSON file you exported earlier.
